New high school in Edmondson Park

As part of the NSW Government's plan to rebuild public education, the 2024-25 Budget is delivering record education funding, including $3.6 billion for new and upgraded schools in Western Sydney. This targeted investment will ensure growing communities get access to a world class public education.

The benefits

A new high school to meet enrolment demand in Edmondson Park and support the growing population in the South-West Sydney area. 

The new school will include:

  • 40 permanent classrooms with three support learning classrooms

  • science learning hub

  • physical education and fitness hub

  • performing arts hub

  • food and textile hub

  •  wood technology hub

  • administration hub

  •  staff study

  •  gymnasium

  •  canteen

  • library

  • food and textile hub

  • a lecture theatre

  • 2 accessible lifts, and

  • landscaping
