Each student leader has undertaken training for this role. Our peer support group under the leadership of the welfare team work exclusively with Year 7 students to provide them with support and friendship while adjusting to high school life. These programs encourage the students in goal setting, balancing academic and social life and in the planning for the transition to post-school pathways. They have some projects underway and have received numerous awards for their work at school and in the community. Senior students are undertaking TAFE delivered Certificate III courses and completing traineeships in various fields.
