Werrington County Public School
Werrington County Public School is located north-east of Penrith on the foothills of the Blue Mountains. The school was established in 1982 with the school moving to its new premises in 1988. The school was officially opened in 1993. The staff, students and community take pride in their school and it enjoys a fine reputation within the Penrith District. The aim at Werrington County Public School is to help each student to achieve his or her potential in all aspects of school life. To reach this goal, we endeavour to create an attractive, happy environment where students, staff and parents work together in harmony for the benefit of all. The school has adopted the ideals of the Positive Behaviour for Learning philosophy to ensure students are safe, respectful learners. Werrington County Public School provides a broad-ranging curriculum which caters for the educational, social, emotional and physical needs of all students.
