Hume Public School
Hume Public School provides for students with a diverse range of needs and backgrounds and operates a wide variety of social, cultural, sporting and academic programs. The school is set in extensive grounds and has large classrooms equipped with interactive technology. Hume Public School offers two part time preschool classes, two special education classes, an early intervention class and eight mainstream classes in an environment fostering the values promoted by Public Education. Our experienced teaching staff encourages students to fulfil their potential. This is supported and reflected in our school motto, Progress Through Endeavour. The school has embraced the key message Every Child Every Chance Every Day which staff are committed to, and they ensure that a focus is maintained to meet the needs of each student. Hume Public School promotes participation and engagement. It is committed to providing quality education to enable students to achieve to their full potential in a caring, stimulating and harmonious environment that reflects the needs and expectations of students, parents, teachers and the community. Hume Public strives to provide children with a wide range of opportunities in which to learn and grow.
