There is a strong focus on literacy and numeracy, with flexible groupings and differentiated curriculum utilised to optimise the learning of students across all stages.Technology is an integral part of each day's learning, seamlessly supporting the teaching of the various aspects of the curriculum. Access to computers is ideal as all students have their own computers within the classroom for use as required. The school has the strong support and involvement of its community. Many significant additional resources are provided by the Parents and Citizens Association to support the learning of students and to enrich their school experience. Woolbrook students are challenged to achieve their best in sport through involvement in the Primary Schools Sports Association. The school has been well represented in recent years by students participating at the district, regional and state level in athletics, swimming and cross country.
