Vineyard Public School - 'Excellence, Opportunity, Success'. Vineyard Public School is a small school in a semi-rural environment on the outreaches of the north western growth corridor of Sydney. The school has valued community links and is characterised by its welcoming, friendly atmosphere and its caring and nurturing learning environment. Our highly qualified and enthusiastic teachers are experts in the field of primary education, maintaining their high professional standards through regular professional development. Our school is structured around small, multi-age classes where teaching and learning is designed to meet the individual learning needs of each and every student. The school also provides significant opportunities for creative, sporting and cultural pursuits. These include students accessing online programs including, 'Mathletics', 'Reading Eggs' and 'Skoolbo', participation in Active After School Sport, Life Life Well@School, Sport Gala Days, Operation Art, Hawkesbury Music Festival, Hawkesbury Regional Show and Small School Sports Carnivals. The school is an active member of the Hawkesbury Small Schools Network, the North Windsor Learning Community and the Blacktown Learning Community providing opportunities for our students to participate in leadership programs and undertake gifted and talented programs. There is an active Parents and Citizens Association and community involvement in all aspects of school life is welcomed and encouraged. .
