Temora Public School
Temora Public School is set in a rural community where traditional family values exist.The school community is proud of its long standing tradition of providing quality education to the students of Temora and district. The school offers quality teaching and learning programs with a focus on literacy and numeracy and participation in a wide variety of sporting and extra curricular activities. Temora Public is centrally located within the community, providing opportunities to utilise facilities such as the town hall and cinema, recreation centre and swimming pool in its educational programs. School life is enriched by an active Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) which provides support in a variety of ways. Important features of the school are the Sensory Motor room, established to assist in the development of gross and fine motor skills; interactive whiteboard technology and computer laboratory. The school playground has been redeveloped to provide a variety of exciting play opportunities for students, while the new library allows children to find a quiet area for learning and recreation.
