Richmond North Public School

Richmond North Public School provides a safe and happy environment where students are encouraged to 'Strive to Achieve' in all that they do. The core values of integrity, excellence, respect, responsibility, cooperation, participation, care, fairness and democracy underpin the school's expectations for safe, respectful and responsible learners. There is a focus on developing a culture of thinking and effective teaching in Literacy, Numeracy and Integrated Technology. Student engagement and well-being underpin student welfare policy and practice. Specialist programs include friendship groups, Starting School playgroup, special purpose interest groups together with Gifted & Talented and learning support. Students participate in a range of Performing Arts activities, including district dance and music festivals. The school promotes fitness and participation in sport, attaining gold status in the Premier's Sporting Challenge. Students participate in PSSA sport and gala days. Our school is supported by a dedicated P and C, Parents Auxiliary, Canteen and many volunteers who assist in keeping our school happy, caring and successful.
