Nabiac Public School
The purpose of Nabiac Public School continues to be summed up in the mission statement: 'Nabiac Public School will be seen as the symbol of what is best in education through caring, involvement, expectations, excellence and leadership'. The school and its community recognise and support the commitment the school has towards continuing to achieve this mission statement. An experienced, unified and dedicated staff focus their teaching on the basics of literacy, numeracy and student welfare. A caring relationship exists between staff and students. This has fostered the development of a family atmosphere which helps the school meet the individual needs of students. A focus on the development of students to become self-motivated, confident, tolerant, independent learners assists our aim to develop students who are valued contributing members of society.
We recognise the Ongoing Custodians of the lands and waterways where we work and live. We pay respect to Elders past and present as ongoing teachers of knowledge, songlines and stories. We strive to ensure every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learner in NSW achieves their potential through education.
