The highly accomplished and committed teachers have diverse backgrounds and a range of specialties and strengths. Teaching and learning programs are inclusive and innovative, and are differentiated to ensure successful progression for all students.   Working with the school's executive and classroom teachers are specialist teachers who cater for the needs of students from indigenous backgrounds, students identified as gifted and talented, students needing specific literacy and numeracy support, and students from a non-English speaking background. The school encourages all our students to develop a positive, enthusiastic approach to learning by providing every opportunity for them to achieve their best across all aspects of the curriculum. At our school we recognise and celebrate the achievements and successful attainments of our students across all their academic, creative and sporting endeavours.  Gosford Public School encourages communication with our parents and carers by providing frequent opportunities for sharing information about our school and the progress of our students. We have an active P&C association which has been invaluable in further enhancing the learning environment of our school. The school actively promotes authentic partnerships between students, staff, parents and the wider community.
