Cronulla Public School is a Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) school.The staff is dynamic, innovative and committed to providing quality educational programs which meet student needs and promote the learning for each and every child.The school provides a range of opportunities to explore and extend learning experiences so that children can achieve in a variety of academic, sporting, cultural and social activities.The school is committed to continuous improvement with specific strategies and systems for collaboration, the modelling of effective practice and feedback. Fairness and equity, leadership opportunities and participation in arts, sport and performance for all are high priorities. A supportive school has engendered a sense of pride and belonging to our school community. Our teachers and support staff welcome and encourage parents to be partners in their child's learning. At Cronulla Public School we create valuable links between home, school and local community and our active Parents and Citizens Association is extensively involved in school activities.
We recognise the Ongoing Custodians of the lands and waterways where we work and live. We pay respect to Elders past and present as ongoing teachers of knowledge, songlines and stories. We strive to ensure every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learner in NSW achieves their potential through education.
