Booral Public School
Booral Public School is a small, welcoming school set in spacious, well maintained grounds. Our school has been proudly serving the local community since 1865 and provides quality education that meets the needs of each child, in a safe, happy and nurturing environment. We maintain a strong community partnership and provide a focal point for the local community. Booral Public School strives for excellence through a differentiated and diverse curriculum, with emphasis on developing numeracy and literacy skills. The students enjoy up-to-date technology and quality educational programs that are presented by experienced, motivated and focussed teachers. We also provide supported focus programs in sport, drama, public speaking, music and band. To provide for all areas of your child's education, our effective social development and discipline programs build friendships and extend social skills, while instilling the values of respect and responsibility. Students also have opportunities to develop leadership skills by becoming members of our Student Representative Council and peer support programs.
We recognise the Ongoing Custodians of the lands and waterways where we work and live. We pay respect to Elders past and present as ongoing teachers of knowledge, songlines and stories. We strive to ensure every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learner in NSW achieves their potential through education.
