Glebe Public School - market operator licence

Return to top of page

Commercial markets held on school grounds are established through a tender process conducted by the NSW Department of Education. Markets are a positive community activity where people can meet, individuals can establish their small business and a community’s identity is reflected.

For more than 30 years, Glebe Public School has made it's school grounds available to the Glebe Markets. This arrangement is formalised through the department’s Sharing of School Facilities Procedures, and the fees paid to the school through the licensing of the space are used towards supporting the learning needs of students.

Blue Sky Events is the new licenced operator of Glebe Markets.
