The Thomas Reddall High School motto is 'Focusing On Our Future'. Thomas Reddall High School is a comprehensive 7 to 12 school located in the Macathur region South of Campbelltown.. The school population is approximately 500. This includes 30% LOTE background, 9% Aboriginal students and a Support Unit catering to students identified as being on the Autism Spectrum. Programs offered by the school include: the Boys to Men Leadership and Mentoring Program, an after school hours Student Learning Centre, literacy and numeracy programs and a dance program. The school has a dedicated staff that focus on quality teaching and learning to promote academic and social success for our students. Teachers undertake professional learning that promotes staff leadership in developing whole-school teaching and learning programs. The Thomas Reddall High School core responsibilities of students and staff were developed through the Positive Behaviour for Learing Program. The School Captaincy Team and Staff Wellbeing Team work with the Student Representative Council to improve student learning outcomes and create a safe and happy school environment. The school is recognised for its outstanding student welfare and Vocational Education and Training programs. The students participate in a variety of extra-curricular sporting activities. The main objective of Thomas Reddall High School is to work with the school community to ensure that excellence and equity in quality teaching and learning outcomes are provided for all students. The school has an effective Community Of Schools that focus on developing student leadership skills and interschool programs across all subject areas. It has sustained productive relationships within and beyond the school community, that is, community wide learning. Thomas Reddall High School is an active member of the ABCN (Australian Business and Community Network) and has strong links with the University of Western Sydney.
