Blackwattle Bay Campus is the senior campus of Sydney Secondary College, an innovative multi-campus school. The college provides excellent public education based on quality, opportunity and diversity. It caters for all learners, with academically selective and comprehensive students enrolled. It also provides support classes for students with disabilities. As the senior campus of Sydney Secondary College, Blackwattle Bay combines quality teaching with strong welfare initiatives to create a young adult learning and working environment. Student involvement in social and cultural activities is strong. Blackwattle Bay Campus has established a tradition of academic excellence, outstanding achievement in creative and performing arts and strong participation in vocational education. The college instrumental music program comprises a number of award-winning bands and ensembles and the College Sport Program provides opportunities for all students to participate and excel. Our aim is for all our students to be successful life-long learners, positive participants in a changing society, good communicators, resilient, responsible and independent people who are respectful of diversity and advocates of social justice.
