Kadina High School is a learning community where students are challenged to achieve personal success and develop lifelong learning skills. This philosophy drives the direction of the school. The curriculum model promotes excellence and equity, with high expectations, standards and rigour, a strong communication with parents, and has a supportive student welfare model. A unique feature of the school is the organisation of Years 11 and 12 where a culture suitable for young adults is developed within innovative curriculum and time tabling to empower all students to strive for personal success. There is a strong emphasis on both traditional and vocational education. Kadina is part of Lismore Community of Secondary Schools where joint curriculum delivery for seniors across local high schools will occur. Trade Training Centres in these schools will further enhance curriculum and vocational opportunities for students.
