Condobolin High School
Condobolin High is a small rural and isolated high school. It is situated in the geographic centre of New South Wales and caters for a diverse range of student needs. Our school's core purpose is to foster a personalised approach to the school and community through the provision of the highest quality education, provide dynamic educational leadership by recognising the individual needs and abilities of students by providing supportive frameworks to encourage academic, cultural and physical development and to enable all students to be accountable for their own actions. Our Welfare System is underpinned by a commitment to Positive Behaviour for Learning. We have two specialist Support Units, a dedicated Aboriginal Education Assistant and a Gifted and Talented Program. The school is well-equipped with the technology to deliver lessons in a virtual environment. As part of a consortium, we have a Trade Training Centre offering Vocational Education specialising in Metals and Engineering and Horticulture.
We recognise the Ongoing Custodians of the lands and waterways where we work and live. We pay respect to Elders past and present as ongoing teachers of knowledge, songlines and stories. We strive to ensure every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learner in NSW achieves their potential through education.
