Kyogle High School

Kyogle High School is a comprehensive high school located in the Northern Rivers on the land of the Bundjalung people. Currently the school has an enrolment of 330 students with 14% identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. Our school embeds Positive Behaviour for Learning and builds its high expectations around the core values of Safe, Respectful, Learner.  A key feature of the school is the commitment of students, staff, and community to supporting a curriculum designed to engage all students in the learning process including innovative timetabling in stage 5. The school has three support classes with many of these students supported in mainstream classes to support their social, personal, and academic growth. Staff are committed to working together as a cohesive and collaborative team with a focus on improving student learning outcomes across the school. The three strategic directions for Kyogle High School of Student Growth and Attainment, Teaching, Learning & Leading, and Equity Focused underpin all procedures within the school. The school is supported by an active and involved P&C.
