Dubbo College Senior Campus
Dubbo College Senior Campus was established in the year 2000 as a senior co-educational campus as part of the three-collegiate Dubbo College. The school caters for students in Years 10 to12 and meets the needs of a culturally diverse and increasingly technological society. The Senior Campus has an Aboriginal enrolment of approximately 20%. The school's primary purpose is to promote the growth of individuals in an inclusive, caring, challenging and adult environment. The Campus has modern state-of-the-art facilities that include specialist rooms for computing, technology, performance arts, a lecture theatre, workshops and laboratories. An extensive curriculum offers the full range of BOS, HSC and VET courses as well as many TAFE delivered VET courses. The school offers school-based traineeships and apprenticeships through its partnership with Central West Trade College. New trade facilities are being constructed for hospitality, metals and engineering and construction. Students also have access to university courses through a growing partnership with Charles Sturt University. Music, dance, drama, debating and extensive sporting opportunities are provided for all students.
