Campbell House School
Campbell House School is a special high school located in Glenfield servicing the learning and welfare needs of approximately 56 high school aged students. The school prides itself on providing an inclusive learning and teaching environment for students who have an emotional, behavioural or conduct disorder and normal cognitive ability. The school caters for students, years seven to twelve with approximately 25% of students being of Aboriginal heritage and 25% in residential care. The student population at Campbell House School presents with a wide range of learning, social and emotional needs. Responsive, Board of Studies Teaching and Educational Standards approved programs are implemented to ensure ongoing improvement in student achievement in all aspects of school life. Our school is committed to quality partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community. This is achieved through employment of a Community Support Officer and links with local community organisations. The school's clear purpose is to promote the development and growth of each student and to discover a pathway for future learning by building positive relationships in a learning environment.
