Cardiff North Public School is part of the Lake Macquarie North Principals' Network, and proudly acknowledges that staff and students learn on the traditional lands of the Awabakal people. The school has strong partnerships with the Cardiff Community of Schools and Kumaridha AECG. The school is supported by a dedicated P&C, contributing to the positive school culture at Cardiff North Public School. Cardiff North Public School has a strong focus on high expectations across teaching and learning, student wellbeing and community engagement. All staff are committed to ensuring a high-quality education produces successful learners. Evidence-based Literacy and Numeracy teaching practice is supported by instructional leadership, providing a strong foundation for student learning. Enthusiastic and professional staff work as a collaborative team, consistently improving themselves as educators and taking on the challenge of continuous improvement for themselves and their students. Student's individual learning and wellbeing goals are created through collaboration between students, teachers and parents with successes regularly celebrated. Students enjoy cultural, sporting and educational opportunities within and beyond the school.
