Wilton Public School
Wilton Public School is an innovative school setting which opened its doors to enrolments in Term 2 2011 and provides a child centred educational program in a caring and supportive learning environment allowing each child to develop his/her full potential academically, socially, culturally and morally. Students are encouraged to think and act responsibly with due respect to themselves and others, preserve the environment and make a valuable contribution to society.Students, parents and staff work in partnership to create a rich stimulating learning community with technology embedded across all key learning areas.An inspirational, dedicated staff, challenge students with high quality literacy and numeracy learning coupled with outstanding sport, creative arts, welfare and environmental programs. The school has a large Inclusion and Support Unit consisting of seven classes - two Muilticategorical classes, three Autism classes and two classes for students with moderate or severe intellectual disabilities.
