Manning Gardens Public School
Manning Gardens' purpose is reflected in its mission statement developed by staff, parents and students. 'Manning Gardens promotes a positive and safe learning environment where a caring and capable staff caters for a wide range of individual and community needs, for Together We Grow.' The school has a focus on developing literacy, numeracy and living skills. Students are given the opportunity to use technology to improve their learning. The school's ideals are based on mutual respect, caring for each other and the achievement of a personal best in all endeavours. We have a purpose built support unit catering for children with intellectual disabilities or developmental delays.
We recognise the Ongoing Custodians of the lands and waterways where we work and live. We pay respect to Elders past and present as ongoing teachers of knowledge, songlines and stories. We strive to ensure every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learner in NSW achieves their potential through education.
