Croppa Creek Public School

Croppa Creek Public School is a small, rural, isolated school of 21 students, situated 65 km north east of Moree and 65km north west of Warialda. Most of our students are from farming families which have been in the area for many years. We are well-resourced with equipment, buildings and beautiful, spacious grounds, boasting a multi-purpose court available for community use. The community of Croppa Creek is very supportive of the school and we have an extremely active Parents and Citizens involved in fund-raising and decision making. Our vision for our students is that they will acquire skills, values and behaviours which equip them to develop into people of high integrity and self-esteem. We aim to implement balanced, enjoyable teaching and learning programs which develop strong foundations in literacy and numeracy, stimulate individual and group creativity, and promote physical coordination and teamwork. Our goal is that the students of Croppa Creek Public School acquire successful work, recreational and adaptation skills necessary for the rapidly changing world in which we live, enabling them to lead balanced and productive lives in their community now and into the future.
