Tuggerah Public School
Tuggerah Public School was established in 1892 and has a long and rich heritage. It is a community-focused school, highly respected by its members and by the area it serves. The school supports a number of community-based initiatives, which include a playgroup for young mothers and their children. It works in conjunction with the local Wyong Shire Council in developing community awareness programs. Tuggerah is a unique school due to its setting within natural bushland. Rapid growth over the past fifteen years has resulted in a transition from a small rural school to a much larger facility. The school site has been completely remodelled and rebuilt and possesses many state of the art facilities.
