Red Range Public School

Red Range Public School, a small rural school, situated nineteen kilometres east of Glen Innes, boasts excellent facilities. Red Range is a small farming community which gained its name from the red soil that covers the surrounding hills. Cattle, sheep, potatoes and cereal crops are the main farming opportunities. Red Range Public School currently receives additional funding from the Disadvantaged Schools Program and the Country Areas Program. The school aims to provide a safe, caring environment in which children take responsibility for their learning. The school provides a quality education that is balanced, rewarding and enjoyable. A dedicated staff and supportive parent body works together to achieve this goal. The school strives to overcome the effects of isolation and low socio-economic backgrounds by providing quality educational programs.
