Raglan Public School

Raglan Public School is a friendly and welcoming school. It is well resourced and is situated in large and spacious grounds. Currently, the school has eight classrooms with activity areas, a library, hall and canteen. Two new classrooms and an additional flexible learning space are currently under construction. Raglan Public School is committed to using technology to support student learning in all Key Learning Areas. All classrooms have Interactive Whiteboards, the library provides video conferencing facilities and the mobile laptop computer lab with wireless allows students access to the internet. Smaller learning groups cater for student ability. A class for students years 4 to 6 provides opportunities for extension. Support Teacher Learning Assistance and Reading Recovery allows individuals and small groups of students to access additional literacy support. Our school has a proud tradition of involvement in PSSA sports and recent grants have provided additional equipment. Our school has strong partnerships with its parents who are caring, have a high level of interest in education and are willing to be involved in the school. Our school website raglan-p.schools@nsw.edu.au provides detailed information about our school, staff news, programs and community involvement.
