Pomona Public School
Pomona Public School is a Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) school providing a caring and supportive learning environment for all students. The schoo'ls motto 'Seize the Day' reflects the school's philosophy: to set high expectations and goals, both academically and socially. Experienced staff are committed to providing quality teaching and learning programs, using the Quality Teaching Framework. Pomona Public School has two multi-stage classes which consist of a classroom teacher and teaching principal. The school is a TP2 classification with a current enrolment of twenty two students. The school is located approximately 15 kilometres from Wentworth, NSW. The school enjoys strong community support. Pomona Public School is well resourced with interactive whiteboards and video conferencing facilities. The school has attractive grounds and both classrooms are equipped with excellent resources providing an outstanding learning environment for all students.
