School Vision Peakhurst Public School is a supportive, engaging and innovative learning community. Our school There are 26 classes in total which include three special education classes that cater for students with a moderate intellectual disability and three extension classes that cater for gifted and talented students and academically high achieving students. Our core values are; respect, responsibility, excellence, care and fairness. Our priorities include: literacy and numeracy development; curriculum differentiation; 21st century learning; critical and creative thinking; technology; gifted and talented education; student well-being; performing arts; sport; and environmental education. Ongoing targeted professional learning for teachers ensures a strong academic focus with high expectations for teaching and learning.
