North Sydney Public School is located on Cammeraygal Country in Waverton on Sydney’s lower north shore, close to the North Sydney CBD. Our welcoming school community reflects a rich cultural diversity and values inclusion, respect and a strong sense of belonging for every student. As a Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) school, we promote our core values of Care, Respect and Ownership, which guide our programs, relationships and daily practices. Our teachers engage in ongoing professional learning and use evidence-based practices to ensure strong outcomes for all learners, with a focus on curriculum differentiation to meet diverse learning needs. Our active Parents and Citizens Association (P and C) plays an important role in supporting school initiatives and strengthening our community. Modern learning spaces, upgraded playground areas, a well-resourced library and a versatile hall provide an engaging environment where students can learn, collaborate and thrive.
