The Meadows Public School
The Meadows Public School is a vibrant and caring learning community situated in Seven Hills. Our students come from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and our Aboriginal students are supported by an Aboriginal Education Officer. As well as mainstream classes, we also have a support class for students with a mild intellectual disability. Our school is a proud and active member of the Blacktown Learning Community (BLC). Our school has a strong focus on all students achieving their personal best academically, physically and culturally. The school embeds Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) framework into all school systems to enhance student learning outcomes. Meaningful, relevant and effective educational programs and experiences, that challenge and motivate students, are delivered by highly qualified and committed teachers, in a safe, caring and supportive environment. The Meadows Public School fosters a welcoming and supportive relationship with students, parents and carers, and the wider community. A small yet active P&C supports the school in decision making and fund-raising ventures. A School as Community Centre (SaCC) is located in the school grounds and provides a service focussing on parents with babies and children 0-8 years old in the wider Toongabbie and Seven Hills community. An Outside School Hours Care facilitiy is on site providing before and after school care for our working families.
