Marulan Public School

Marulan Public School serves the small rural town of Marulan. The students who attend the school are drawn from the village and outlying farming areas, including growth areas along Jerrara and Brayton Roads. The school provides a personalised educational program for all students, developing creativity, curiosity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills, underpinned by strong programs in literacy and numeracy. The school has a focus on wellbeing, informed by the Kids Matter framework and the Positive Behaviour for Learning program which focuses on the development of safe, respectful and responsible learners. Marulan Public School promotes the creative arts, science and technology, environmental education and robotics. Support is provided to students with additional learning needs and opportunities for extension are offered to our gifted and talented students. We encourage positive input from community members and have a very active Parents and Citizens Association. We are working with the Schools Plus foundation on a community engagement program supported by a Fair Education grant.
