Krambach Public School

Krambach Public School is a focal point of the small rural community it has served since 1880. The school's purpose is reflected in its mission statement: 'For each child a balanced education; from staff and community, a commitment to children'. The school is currently on the Priority Schools Program. This program provides funding and resources to improve the literacy and numeracy achievements and engagement of students from low socio-economic status backgrounds. These funds and resources are used to implement quality literacy and numeracy programs such as Accelerated Literacy. Thorough literacy and numeracy programs, delivered by dedicated teachers, provide a strong foundation for our students. Quality programs are in place to cater for students with special needs. The school provides a wide range of programs catering for the academic, cultural and social development of each student in a supportive and encouraging environment. Achievements of the school are proudly promoted and recognised in the wider community. The school is well-resourced with a fully networked computer system, a covered outdoor learning area, an environmental resource area, and a well-maintained library.
