The school is the focus for the local community and the schools' facilities are made available to the community throughout the year. Teaching staff are a part of the Cowra Small Schools Network (CSSN). The CSSN support one another for student sporting, academic and social events. The school is also involved in a variety of research-based projects and initiatives which are led within the Cowra Schools Network and beyond. Key to the school's ongoing success is building sustainable partnerships with local support services.
