Excellent academic, creative physical and social programs empower each student to become an active, resilient and informed citizen in our rapidly changing world. Programs engaged with at Engadine Public School are underpinned with a focus on student wellbeing, aiming to meet the personal and social needs of each student. The school is committed to fostering social responsibility and student achievement through balanced, challenging and relevant curricula, and extends opportunities to include a number of extra-curricular activities. The school has a focus on improvement - promoting goal setting, reviewing steps of success through reflective process and setting new goals to enhance achievements - for staff and students alike. Engadine is an active member of the Community of Schools on the Park and is engaged in a Learning Community, "Three Rivers", taking part in a Leadership Challenge across three networks in the Ultimo footprint. These partnerships with other schools enhance opportunities for students, staff and the community as a whole.
We recognise the Ongoing Custodians of the lands and waterways where we work and live. We pay respect to Elders past and present as ongoing teachers of knowledge, songlines and stories.
