Panania Public School
Panania Public School is situated in the South Western Sydney Region of NSW. It offers a rich and varied curriculum with a focus on literacy and numeracy and a commitment to life long learning. A wide range of programs and opportunities are provided to engage students, in their school life. These include, but are not limited to: dance, choir, music, drama, enrichment programs, leadership opportunities, Peer Support, Peer Mediation, environmental activities and public speaking. The school also offers a comprehensive physical education/fitness program and the opportunity for students to participate in a variety of interschool sporting activities. Panania Public School provides a quality education for all students in a strong, positive and supportive learning environment. Students are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning and strive to achieve their personal best. Students are involved in positive behaviour programs which focus on the development of both school wide and individualised strategies for achieving important social and learning outcomes. The school, which is set in spacious, well maintained grounds, has a proud tradition of active community involvement and support. It respects and works collaboratively with the whole school community to prepare students to be effective citizens who have respect for themselves, for each other and the environment.
