Boolaroo Public School is a dynamic and caring educational environment providing students with access to quality future focused learning opportunities. We work as a team to enhance the learning experiences of all students. We do this through reflective, innovative and differentiated teaching, providing a positive environment, where all learners aspire to reach their potential. Our whole school community works together setting high expectations and building strong relationships that promote our core values “RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY & EXCELLENCE”. We have experienced staff committed to developing our students with skills to thrive in the 21st century. Strong emphasis is placed on literacy, numeracy, student wellbeing and technology. We recognise, value and support students' individual needs and differences. Every student in the school is treated as an individual, and the curriculum is planned accordingly. Commitment to learning is valued as is recognition of each other’s success. Our school provides comprehensive programs to develop leadership and social competence skills as well as providing a range of extra curricula activities including, public speaking, debating and performing and creative arts. We have a comprehensive sports program including; the Premier’s Sporting Challenge, Sports in Schools and local, zone and regional interschool activities. As a NSW Government school we have access to programs and learning initiatives that such a large system is able to offer.  Located on the northern end of beautiful Lake Macquarie our school has beautiful grounds, well-equipped classrooms featuring flexible learning environments and current STEM technology.
