Sutherland Public School upgrade

As part of the NSW Government's plan to rebuild public education, the 2025-26 Budget is delivering record education funding, including $9 billion for new and upgraded schools. This targeted investment will ensure growing communities get access to a world class public education.

These funds will help to upgrade Sutherland Public School, constructing a new multipurpose hall.

Further updates will be released as the project progresses.

The benefits

A new multipurpose hall with:

  • a stage 
  • indoor sports court
  • canteen 
  • storage facilities
  • amenities
  • out of hours school care (OOSH) facilities
  • covered outdoor learning area. 

The hall will provide the school community with an area to celebrate student success.
