New primary school near Sydney Olympic Park (Carter St Precinct) and new public preschool

The benefits
To accommodate future growth in the Sydney Olympic Park area, this project will deliver a new permanent primary school an integrated public preschool in the Carter Street Precinct.
This is in addition to upgrades in progress at Wentworth Point Public School, upgrades in planning for Newington Public School and the recently opened Wentworth Point High School.
The proposed site for the new primary school and public preschool is at 15 Carter Street Lidcombe and is anticipated to include:
A permanent teaching building with classrooms and support learning unit
Integrated public preschool with multiple classrooms
Open space including sports courts
Core facilities including hall, library, COLA and amenities
Secure staff and administration areas
Separate car park and pick up and drop off zones.
