About the Indoor Multi Sport Facility

As part of the NSW Government's plan to rebuild public education, the NSW Budget is delivering record education funding, including $9 billion for new and upgraded schools. This targeted investment will ensure growing communities get access to a world class public education.

Planning is underway to deliver a new indoor multipurpose sports courts facility at the Cromer Campus of Northern Beaches Secondary College. The vision is to create a year-round indoor sports facility serving both school and community needs.

The facility will include two indoor sports courts and a stage for school assemblies and performances. It will also be available for community use outside of school hours.

This facility will also support the health and wellbeing of students and the wider community by providing modern, versatile spaces for physical education and extracurricular activities.

About the opportunity

In response to strong community demand for indoor facilities on the Northern Beaches, we invite Expressions of Interest from organisations to partner with the NSW Government to invest in an expansion of the facility from two to three courts and operate all three courts for community use outside of school hours.

We invite innovative, community-focused operators who demonstrate financial capacity, operational expertise, and a long-term vision for developing community-focused sports services.

Join us in creating a transformative community facility and make a lasting community impact.
