How to apply for a community use agreement

To apply for a community use agreement, please contact the school directly to enquire about availability, suitability of school facilities for the proposed use and applicable hire rates.

Mandatory requirements, including the school’s risk assessment and user’s child protection declaration, apply when sharing school facilities with the community.

A community use agreement is required to document the use of the facilities. The principal prepares and signs the community use agreement.

See section 5.1 of the Sharing of School Facilities implementation procedures for more information.

See general community use of school facilities for more information on community use agreements.
