School Infrastructure’s 2-year, paid trainee and cadet pathways program offers recent school leavers and tertiary students the opportunity to earn while they learn, build skills and be supported every step of the way.

A School Infrastructure trainee or cadet pathway is a great, first step into the booming infrastructure sector but with a clear and meaningful focus on delivering new public schools, major upgrades and maintenance projects. Candidates are employed in two different teams where possible.

Both pathways actively seek and encourage participation by women and First Nations young people.
