Why do we need help with sites for new schools?

NSW is experiencing unprecedented population growth resulting in a significant increase in public school enrolments, particularly in urban areas.

To help meet the challenge of changing demographics, School Infrastructure needs to deliver new schools in some areas where accessing land is difficult.

Working with landowners to identify potential sites is helping us build new schools in the heart of local communities.
