Lake Cathie Public School is complete.

The benefits included

  • 10 newly refurbished demountable classrooms
  • a library
  • a hall
  • a covered outdoor learning area (COLA)
  • a covered sports court
  • play equipment
  • a canteen
  • ICT infrastructure
  • toilets
  • car parking spaces
  • an administration block.

The school is located in an established koala protection area. Therefore, a dedicated offset planting area of native koala habitat trees was established as part of the development.
