As part of the NSW Government's plan to rebuild public education, the NSW Budget is delivering $3.9 billion for new and upgraded schools in Western Sydney. This targeted investment will ensure growing communities get access to a world class public education.

These funds will help to upgrade Kingswood Public School to deliver new and upgraded facilities.

The benefits

The department is in the construction stage of an upgrade to Kingswood Public School, which will remove existing demountables to provide:

  • 8 new permanent classrooms
  • 2 learning commons
  • 2 multipurpose spaces
  • new walkways and landscaping.

This project will also deliver refurbishment work to Kingswood Public School on existing buildings. The refurbishment will cover 13 classrooms, in addition to 2 rooms in the heritage building.
