We have completed a new K-12 distance education school, Finigan School of Distance Education. The centre is named Finigan School of Distance Education after Australian pioneer and world leader in distance education, Walter Finigan.

The benefits

  • Purpose-designed spaces to support distance education.

  • Interactive booths for teacher/student one-on-one video conferencing

  • Interactive studios for the preparation of recorded digital and audio material.

  • Interactive studios for student/teacher video conferencing where a larger space is required, such as:

    • movement (dance or physical education)

    • demonstration (science, applied arts and food technology).
