New facilities for Busby West Public School's littlest learners

Children and educators at Busby West Public School preschool are enjoying upgraded facilities after a revamp of the bathroom and laundry area.

The upgraded bathroom and laundry facilities were completed in May 2023 and the preschool community is enjoying the improved facilities.

Busby West Public School Principal Brian Marsland said the upgrades have made big a difference.

“The preschool at Busby West Public School has been significantly enhanced by the renovation of the children's toilet,” Mr Marsland said.  

“The upgrade created a more child-friendly area that was filled with additional natural light. 

“The creation of a separate laundry allowed the toilet area to be uncluttered and increased safety for the children. 

“The children, families and staff have been delighted with the results.”

Investing in quality early childhood education and care has a lifelong benefit to NSW’s youngest learners and gives children the best possible start to life. 

The preschool’s bathroom and laundry upgrade contribute to providing Busby West Public School’s littlest learners with a quality, age-appropriate environment.
