Miller Public School

Miller Public School (273 students, including 66 percent NESB and 50 students who identify as Aboriginal), is a vibrant learning community within the Liverpool Network. Student wellbeing, with a focus on trauma informed practice, is paramount in all school programs and students are provided with opportunities to become their best self. Building strong relationships between staff, students and community members is paramount. Current strategic directions include Student Growth and Attainment, Teacher Quality Through Evidence Informed Practice and Wellbeing and Engagement. A focus on the use of evidence informed practice ensures all students have access to high quality differentiated teaching and learning. Our school community embraces our seven support unit classes. Innovative programs focus on communication, curriculum and assessment. Inclusivity underpins all school practices with appropriate opportunities for integration across most school programs. The school is supported by an active P and C.
